July is Employee Appreciation Month here at Seascapes, and we want to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of the team! From the production team to the landscape crew, we’re lucky to have so many hardworking individuals who make this an amazing place to work. The next time you’re in the nursery, be sure to say hello and thank them for their hard work.
Meet the Leads: Robin & Liv
There’s a lot to manage when it comes to a nursery of this size, but lucky for us, we have an awesome Production Team to make it all happen! And our Production Team Leads know exactly what needs to be done! Robin and Liv oversee all of the maintenance tasks for the week and lead the team in weeding, organizing, and moving plants around the Nursery. Robin has been at Seascapes for three years and she’s a natural leader. Her calm presence and demeanor make her approachable to everyone, and she’s always willing to lend a helping hand. One of our newer Team Members, Liv quickly became an integral part of the group and now leads our Production Team through their daily watering tasks, maintenance tasks, and ensures the Nursery is looking its very best!
Meet the Kids: Dylan, Luis, & Moku
Recent graduates of Kapa’a High, Dylan, Luis, and Moku bring a fresh perspective and youthful energy to the team! Dylan was the first to join us last summer and she’s a superstar all around the Nursery! Always reliable and willing to take on more responsibility, she has recently started helping grow our fresh veggie & herbs starts. Dylan brought along her former classmates Luis and Moku, and they’ve been awesome additions to the Production Team! They work hard to get their nursery assignments done thoroughly and efficiently. These guys are always willing to help their coworkers finish up tasks and are there to assist customers and load their cars with a smile.
Meet the Crew
We love our crew! You might see our guys in yellow out around town working hard on our job sites. Whether it’s a hot sunny day on site, or a rainy muddy day at the Nursery, the crew is there to make the job happen! They make all of our amazing landscape and installation projects possible, creating beautiful landscapes for our clients and friends. And when they’re not out on a job, they fill a variety of other roles around the Nursery. From working on trucks and running deliveries, to weed-whacking, tree-trimming, and potting, they do it all! They’re always ready and willing to pitch in wherever they can. We salute our boys in yellow!
