Acerola ‘Manoa Sweet’
To 15 feet; Acerola fruit has one of the highest natural amounts of ascorbic acid or vitamin C. One fruit will satisfy the daily adult requirement of vitamin C. The bright red, juicy, cherry-like fruits are abundant on the bush-like trees several times a year. The fruit is tart and makes an excellent jelly. Acerola is very adaptable and thrives with regular care and fertilization.
